Cookies
A cookie is a small text file the site stores in your browser. Visitors get no cookies at all; the ones below are only used in the admin area, by the site owner:

Because these cookies are needed for features you use yourself, no consent is required. When you click OK on the cookie notice, that is saved in your browser's local storage (not as a cookie), so the notice doesn't show again.
Fonts from Google
The site's fonts (Playfair Display and Inter) are loaded from Google Fonts. That sets no cookies, but your browser contacts Google's servers, which therefore see your IP address.
